Really bad customer service and particularly related to their logistics and delivery. Really bad delivery customer service and… product has issues but the bigger issue is the worse service from Costco sadly in this pandemic where finances are already messed up, people like me have to deal with such a headache. The WORSE Customer Service experience ever. now they don't even connect me to warranty people and not ready to take back the product and failed to fix it. they made promises at the time of purchase. I am not purchasing any electronics form Costco anymore. I am just trying to get product fixed or returned but it seems Costco don't care and wants to exhaust me at the level that i stop calling them but unfortunately i cannot financially afford to stop calling (i need to either recover that expense or get the product fixed as its for my necessity.
and wanted me to spend another 2 hours with them discussing the same that i had done 5 days before with same place. they said my previous case# expired and start from zero. so I waited for 5 days as was told to wait for response and called Costco concierge services again that I am still waiting. I called concierge service and talked for 2 hours and received case# and was told someone will call to discuss technical issue, that someone called after 2 days and said will have other someone call for return or replacement of the product.
